General background information : I am thirty-six years old and currently incarcerated for a crime I didn’t commit. I have been wrongfully incarcerated for the last sixteen plus years and hope to one day prove my innocence and make it home to my family and loved ones. I have a daughter who its about to turn sixteen next month. I’ve had to watch her grow up through pictures and occasional visits. I have never had a chance to enjoy one free day with her, to be able to walk her to school or pick her up. I hope to one day be able to do these things.

I enjoy reading, writing music and spending time talking to my family on the phone. Before the pandemic I was taking a poetry and short story writing class. There isn’t really too much I can do because of the amount of time I have so I try to occupy my time the best way I possibly can.
